Guillaume Pley gives Loïc the floor to reveal the urgency experienced at the hospital and Galeon's vital mission. Don't just listen to the story : see what it changes in hospitals.
Behind the daily care, a major problem remains unaddressed.
Medical data is fragmented, inconsistent, incomplete. No reliable foundation for care. → Harder decisions, inconsistent quality.
Systems don’t communicate with each other.
Each silo isolates part of the patient journey.
→ No complete view.
Result: the patient is never seen as a whole.
Without accessible, structured data, AI can’t be effective.
Innovation is held back :
by weak data foundations.

No magic. No opaque system. Just structured medical data.
How it works, simplified
Scattered, incomplete, hard to use.
Data is structured and validated at the point of care.
Standardized, interoperable, research-ready.
Faster studies. Safer decisions.
Galeon guide caregivers or researchers.
It removes friction from medical data so care and research can move faster, together.
Your impact matters more than technology alone. It starts with people like you.
More adoption means better data.
Better data means faster research and safer care, for everyone.
The Galeon Electronic Patient Record system is deployed in public hospitals of various sizes and types, demonstrating that the solution is equally suited to university hospitals, general hospitals and maternity units. Today, Galeon is in use at 19 French healthcare facilities, including Caen University Hospital, Toulon Hospital, Hyères Hospital and the Nord-Essonne Hospital Group, with over 10,000 healthcare professionals using the system on a daily basis.
The Galeon Electronic Health Record does more than simply store patient information: it analyses it in real time using AI, alerts healthcare professionals in the event of a risk, and makes day-to-day work easier. It is natively interoperable (HL7), designed to ensure data sovereignty and to reduce the administrative burden on healthcare teams.
The Galeon EPR is being rolled out gradually, starting with a few pilot departments and then extending to other units. Depending on the size of the organisation and the complexity of the existing IT system, the initial functionalities can be up and running within a few months, with a full rollout taking between 9 and 12 months.
The Galeon EPR is the internal working tool for healthcare professionals within the facility: it contains 100% of patient data, tracks the care pathway and integrates with the hospital information system. The DMP / Mon Espace Santé is the patient’s digital health record containing 1% of the EPR data. Galeon interfaces with these services but does not replace them: it is the operational heart of patient care within the hospital.
